My name is Natalie. I started Batched Baked after working as a vendor in the restaurant industry and finding that it left me wanting something more. What I wanted was something more personal, more tailored to what I enjoy… connection, community, a more thoughtful and slower pace.
Now, I find myself here, navigating my porch front microbakery and finding beauty in small details, looking for inspiration in the world around me.
